What is Family Photo Fundraiser?

Family Photo Fundraiser is owned and operated by Bil Sullivan Photography of Seguin, Texas.  Bil has utilized his decade's experience in on-location studio family portraiture to create a unique fundraising program that benefits all involved.

How does the program work?

Half-hour photo sessions are tailored to each family's special requests.  (A "family" is defined as a single adult; adult couples; adults with children or escorted minors.)

Following the program, fundraiser participants will view their portraits in a private on-line gallery.  Print orders are made through the website; the participants also choose their complimentary 8x10 through the gallery.  Photos are mailed directly to the participants' homes.  Also, for every separate print ordered, the participant receives a digital image of that photo.

The church or organization then receives half of all proceeds.

So if 20 families participate on, say, a Saturday, with an average of $100 per family in sales for a total of $2,000, half of that -- $1,000 -- could easily be raised for your projects -- in one day.

Our organization is very busy this time of year.  Can Family Photo Fundraiser do the scheduling?

Yes.  All we'll need for you to do is to get the word out via email, flyers, announcements, etc., and have those interested contact us to schedule their appointments. 

Will there be salespeople present?

Absolutely notThus, no sales pressure. 
 
Are participants obligated to buy anything if they don't like the pictures?

If for any reason the folks aren't satisfied -- such as because a young one isn't having a good morning, etc. -- there certainly is no obligation. 

Some families may desire more portraits than can be accomplished in 30 minutes.  May they sign up for additional time slots?

Participants may sign up for as many slots as they wish.  Let's say a family would like to be photographed in casual dress; that'd be one session.  Then again more dressed up, which can be scheduled a session or two later; that'd be an additional session, each with an 8x10 of choice.  And so on. 

What about those who may not have a computer, or who may not be familiar with digital imaging.  How might they place their orders?

A print-out of their digital images can be mailed to those who do not have a computer.  Orders then can be placed from the print-out through Bil Sullivan Photography.

What's the next step after the schedule is filled?

Participants merely show up for their appointment and begin their portrait session.

Are non-members permitted to participate in the fundraiser?

Absolutely!  In fact, it's encouraged.  This not only benefits the fundraiser, but opening the program to non-members is a wonderful way to introduce them to your church or organization!

Does Family Photo Fundraiser offer a directory program?

Both on-line and print directories are available.  We'd be glad to discuss these options with you.


What is the guarantee that Family Photo Fundraiser will deliver what it promises?

Bil Sullivan is a member of the Professional Photographers of America and has been accredited by the New York Institute of Photography; both are highly-respected organizations that demand professionalism and integrity.

Also, orders may be placed through the church or organization, which may retain the funds until the orders are delivered.
